That feeling when:
You don’t realize that you’re hungry ‘til you get dizzy from not eating, so you make yourself fast easy food to eat, but after a few bites, when the hunger’s calmed down a little, you notice you’re under-stimulated, so you pull up a task, but then you get distracted, and it’s been at least ten minutes, and now your food seems like the least appealing thing ever, and you don’t feel hungry anymore (even though you definitely haven’t eaten enough), and so you have to either struggle to eat the last of your food which now feels like an awful chore, or get up and put it away for later, which is also a chore.
